As our order processing is prompt (in order to avoid delays), we cannot assure or guarantee that cancellations or any changes can be made after payment.

We seek to offer you the best experience and products. Hence, we do accept product exchanges. However, this is only for unopened and undamaged products.
Sale product items are not exchangeable. An exchange must be made within 7 days following the date of delivery (weekends included). The original receipt must be produced when exchanging product.
We do not entertain with cash refunds. Postal charges will not be refunded.
